GAVIN McGROGGAN
Born in Belfast, Ireland on September 2, 1972, Gavin McGroggan grew up during the height of tensions between the Orange and Green. He moved to the United States twelve years ago seeking sunshine and a peaceful life.
Gavin has been painting for ten years and although he only paints a handful of paintings each year, each work exudes a tension and beauty that was clearly abundant in his childhood home.
His work is regularly displayed at GROT in Redondo Beach. It is our pleasure to introduce at 608 north the powerful abstract work of this Irish lad.
